He has held key leadership and responsibility-driven positions with prominent international airlines, including Kuwait Airways, Etihad Airways, Swiss Air (Swiss International Air Lines), dnata / Emirates, and GSA roles for Malaysia Airlines and Kenya Airways.

He oversees the day-to-day customs clearance operations of the department, ensuring smooth and timely processing of all shipments. With a proactive approach to inter-departmental coordination, he works closely with shipping lines, transporters, customs authorities, and customers to ensure efficient collection and dispatch.
He diligently follows up with truckers through to final delivery at client premises or ports and manages port and shipping line payments for VAS shipments, ensuring accurate reconciliation with finance and maintaining zero tolerance for delays.
