Held important responsible positions in various international airlines such as Kuwait Airways, Etihad Airways, Swiss Air (Swiss airlines ) Dnata / Emirates and GSA’s Malaysian Airways, Kenya Airways. He has been an asset to the organization with his considerable expertise in the required fields. He plays a pivotal role in fostering the growth of the company. His acumen, leadership qualities and humane touch have made him well respected by both his peers and competitors in the industry alike.
Renita Martis
Managing Director
Renita has over 22 years of long-standing experience in the service industry and has been with the organization since its inception. An excellent and dynamic team leader having in hand managerial background and motivational skills and has groomed the organization to its present level. As the face of the company, Renita does not shy away from the spotlight, be it whilst receiving awards from major airlines or breathing out work culture. Customer service- attend and reply to client queries and proactively update them on the status of their shipments. Proper coordination with shipping lines, transporters, customs and customers for timely collection and dispatch of shipments. Ensures that all relevant systems are used correctly for all jobs/shipments, all jobs are invoiced and closed within the specified timeframe. Follow up with truckers till shipment arrival at client premises/ port. Ports and shipping line payments for VAS shipments and reconciling the same finance with no tolerance or delay. Customer service reporting and daily interaction with customers.
